Acceptance of Terms: By using our website or services, users agree to abide by the terms of service.

Services Provided: The manner in which the Services are to be performed and the specific hours to be worked by V&G Financial Partners shall be determined by V&G Financial Partners. Our client will rely on V&G Financial Partners to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill V&G Financial Partners obligations under the written Agreement between client and V&G Financial Partners.

Client Responsibilities: Client is fully responsible to provide accurate information and in a timely manner. If client failed to give information on time can cause delays and even a reason to discontinue service but still be liable to billing hours.

Payment and Billing: Our retainers are paid every month or as stated on the contract. Payment is due upon completion of work.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation of service is provided in writing 30 days prior to next billing cycle. No Refunds are allowed after completion of work.

Confidentiality: In consideration for the disclosure of the Information, V&G Financial Partners agrees that V&G Financial Partners will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use any Information for V&G Financial Partners's own benefit, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any Information to any third party without the prior written consent of our client. V&G Financial Partners will protect the Information and treat it as strictly confidential. A violation of this paragraph shall be a material violation of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property: Client retains full ownership rights to any materials or intellectual property created during consultations.

Limitation of Liability: Clarify your liability limitations in case of errors, omissions, or damages.

Indemnification: V&G Financial Partners agrees to indemnify and hold harmless clients from all claims, losses, expenses, fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against our clients that result from the acts or omissions of V&G Financial Partners, V&G Financial Partners employees, if any, and V&G Financial Partners agents. Clients also need to agree to indemnify and hold harmless V&G Financial Partners from all claims, losses, expenses, fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against V&G Financial Partners that result from the acts or omissions of perspective client, perspective client employees, if any, and anyone related to our perspective client agents.

Governing Law: All Agreements shall be governed by the laws of where the client is located.

Changes to Terms: We Reserve the right to modify the terms of service and how you will notify users of any changes.
